The Nobel Peace Prize

The Nobel Peace prize 2009 has been attributed to Barack Obama.
Archbishop Desmond Tutu of South Africa, who won the prize in 1984, said the decision showed that great things are expected from Obama and "wonderful recognition" of his effort to reach out to the Arab world after years of hostility.
"It is an award that speaks to the promise of President Obama's message of hope," Tutu said

"If everything goes wrong, then one cannot say that this was because of Barack Obama," Jagland said. "It could be that it is because of us, all the others, that didn't respond. But I cannot exclude that Barack Obama also can contribute to the eventual failure." (Thorbjoern Jagland, chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee)


Le Prix Nobel de la Paix

Le prix n’a souvent qu’une valeur d’actualité politique, ayant été tant de fois accordé à des politiciens, qui n’ont pas tenu leurs promesses et dont l’histoire ne retiennent pas le nom!
Cette année, 2009 le prix est accordé à Barack Obama. Il a soudain une vraie valeur, le profond souhait de tout homme de bonne volonté. Tenir le Président des Etats Unis à ses paroles données: ne commencer aucune guerre, cesser les tueries au nom de l’intérêt et de la sécurité des Etats Unis d’Amérique, et surtout imposer sa volonté de trouver une solution au conflit du Moyen-Orient, donner au peuple Palestinien la justice, l’espoir, enfin le droit de vivre dans leur propre Pays!

Giải Nobel Hòa Bình

Năm 2009, viện Hàn Lâm Na Uy trao tặng giải Nobel hoà bình cho Barack Obama, tổng thống Mỹ Quốc.
Như đã nhiều lần, giải này có tính cách chính trị, giao tặng cho những chính trị gia, không đáp lại những hứa hẹn và hơn nữa tên tuổi cũng chỉ mất vào màn đen của lịch sử.
Nhưng năm nay, dù rất chính trị, giải Nobel hoà bình trao tặng cho Barack Obama, mang đầy hy vọng và ý nghĩa.
Tổng giám mục Desmond Tutu, giải Nobel hoà bình năm 1984, nói:
“Giải năm nay nhắc nhở những lời hứa hẹn của tổng thống Obama!”
Gìn giữ hòa bình, chấm dứt cuộc chiến tranh tàn bạo ở Irak, ở Afghanistan nhân danh “quyền lợi và sự bình yên của nước Mỹ”, và đặc biệt nhất là tranh đấu cho hòa bình ở Trung Đông, cho người Palestine có quyền hy vọng và quyền sống trên đất nước của mình!

Thorbjoern Jagland, nhân danh Hàn Lâm Viện Na Uy, tuyên bố:
“Nếu tất cả không được như Barack Obama hứa hẹn! Thì có lẽ một phần là lỗi của tất cả chúng ta. Nhưng dù sao, Barck Obama phải nhận trách nhiệm với lời đã hứa của mình”
