The light waves of time-river
Wash away the hurts and the pains
To the quiet shore of my heart
Silent cove for our frail happiness

Together and breaking away
In the flow of time all the dead leaves
Roses and memory of the past
Lost summer in the shade of maple trees

Loving you with my forever longing heart
Instant of joy and ephemeral tenderness
Continual farewell in the eternal return

Just a whisper for a wish to die
To love is to leave in sadness

Sông thời gian lấp lánh những vì sao
Cuốn trôi giấc mộng và những nỗi buồn
Đâu bến cũ cho con thuyền hạnh phúc
Đôi bờ phẳng lặng trong trái tim em

Thời gian là hội tụ và chia lìa
Theo dòng những cánh hồng như ngấn lệ
Kỷ niệm vời xa rạng rỡ mùa hè
Bóng tùng ôm ấp bao lời tình tự

Xin chở đưa em đến cõi vô cùng
Niềm vui thoáng hiện và ái ân xưa
Sóng đời cứ thế mà trôi đi mãi

Có lời hẹn hò mang mang thương nhớ
Và tình ta ôm giữ trong vòng tay
Dẫu đắm chìm trong đợt sóng cô đơn

Le fleuve du temps

Le temps est un fleuve aux flots somptueux de lumières
Emportant à jamais nos peines et misères
Y a-t-il une rive au calme dans mon coeur
Un port pour abriter notre frêle bonheur

Le temps qui nous réunit et qui nous sépare
Garde dans son courant des pétales vermeils
Les roses fanées souvenir de la blessure
D’un bel été passé à l’ombre des tilleuls

A te bercer à l’infini de mon amour
Instants de joie éphémère et ceux de tendresse
Du permanent départ de l’éternel retour

Plus que le soupir, un voeu que tout disparaisse
T’aimer, c’est déjà te perdre, ma solitude
M’ouvrir la porte à la terre-béatitude
