Melancholy

In the twilight, a soft wind
Blowing through the oak leaves
I remember you in the time
Your hands close to my heart

It was a moment of peace
All seemed to be crying
Silently breaking apart
Loss of love to leaving time

It was forever a memory
Death feeling in the fleeting world
Catching light of the sunset

How could we know life mystery
Drops of rain in the universe
Faint twinkles over winter branches

Ngậm ngùi

Chiều tàn nắng nhạt mây bay
Bóng cao cổ thụ gió lay ngút ngàn
Bên người trầm lặng êm đềm
Thầm nghe thổn thức đôi tim ngập ngừng

Màn đêm như vội xuống dần
Giấu giùm giọt lệ nhìn nhau ngại ngùng
Hành trình tới bước rẽ ngang
Duyên tình đành lỡ vô thường là đây

Rồi mai chạnh nhớ người xưa
Thương ai một thuở chia tay ngậm ngùi
Mặt trời đã xuống sau đồi
Lững lờ trăng gió nẻo về tử sinh
Nhìn mây vọng tưởng cánh chim
Hạt sương trên lá bóng chiều mùa đông

Mélancolie

Dans le pourpre couchant, une brise lointaine
S’élève et fait bouger le vieux chêne du bois
Et je me rappelle ta présence sereine
Mais aussi ta main près de mon coeur en émoi

C’était un soir où le silence nous prépare
A notre séparation et à la nuit
Douloureux souvenir de ce qui nous égare
La perte d’un amour et du temps qui s’enfuit

Rien qu’une mémoire qui rapproche la mort
La vague conscience de la grâce éphémère
Rayons évanescents du soleil qui s’endort

De notre sort, saurons-nous jamais le mystère
Ce ces gouttes de pluie dans l’immense univers
Qui scintillent sur les branches nues en hiver
