For the stars up in Heaven

Spirit to be spent in a waste of shame

In lust action, such a vain pursuit of lust

Perjure, murder, bloody acts to blame

“Savage, crual” unworthy of any trust

Caught in the trap of greed, man couldn’t be retrieved

For all the desires, he wants to satisfy

As long as he tries, he ought to be deceived

And doomed in misfortune only to cry

Is there any reality in his world?

Pleasures that he could enjoy are so mean

And all these goods of which he thinks getting hold

Will instantly vanish as a phantasmal dream

For your sake, man, birds’re singing to the dawn

And you should know to look for stars up in Heaven
